Greetings! I hope the US-icans among you had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. Here are updates plus a note about Codex Volume 3 and The Gauntlet Patreon.
Volume 1 Hardcover
We're getting close to sending the book off for print proofs. We have decided to add an index, which will slow things down a bit, but the book will be all the better for it. Our original intent was to present the zines as they were first published, and there was never an index before, but there is so much material to navigate in this book, adding one seemed like a good idea.
Digital Stretch Goals
Night Witches: Koldunya is laid out and looks GREAT. Just a couple of small changes on that one and it will be ready to go. We should have drafts of the Lovecraftesque stretch goals very soon. With any luck, we'll have 3 of the 7 Digital Stretch Goals delivered by Christmas, which would be terrific.
BackerKit Surveys
BackerKit Surveys will be going out soon. Once you receive the survey, please return it ASAP because that is how we will be collecting the name you will be credited as in the back of the book.
The Gauntlet Patreon and Codex Volume 3
As some of you may know, new issues of Codex are released as PDFs every month in The Gauntlet Patreon feed. If you want to get started with Volume 3, now is the time to do it. Right now, Codex - Flame, the first issue in Volume 3, is available for FREE on our website. Codex - Joy 2, the second issue of Volume 3, is in the feed for one more day. Dark 2, the third issue, comes out tomorrow. SO, if you make a $4 pledge by the end of the day tomorrow (December 1st), you will be entirely caught up on Volume 3.

I have several updates for you today...
The Codex Volume 1 Digital Collection has been sent via DriveThruRPG to backers at the appropriate reward tiers (i.e. everyone except those who backed at the $35 tier). Please check the email address you use for Kickstarter to find that message from DriveThruRPG. If you have any questions about this, or if you are unable to download the zines, please just send me a message on KS or make a comment on this post.
We are nearly finished getting the book ready for the printer. We anticipate getting the files to the printer by the end of the month. With any luck, we'll have pictures of the proofs to share within a month or two.
The digital stretch goals are in various stages of completion. At the moment, Night Witches: Koldunya is the furthest along. We have already received a really solid draft on that one and should have the final version to you by some time in January.
Overall, things are humming along nicely. I'll try to send out another update at the beginning of December. In the meantime, let's talk RPG Holiday Wish Lists (for those of you who celebrate the upcoming holidays). What are five ttrpg books (core books, supplements, or modules) that you hope to receive as a gift this year, or that you intend to buy for yourself?

Hey folks!
Kickstarter is still processing pledges for the campaign. I have been informed it can take up to two weeks for this to be complete. I'm going to hold off a few more days on sending out the Digital Collection until we have a better sense of who is actually a backer (as best I can tell, there is no way to filter out people whose pledge is still being processed when sending out rewards).
If you need the digital collection a little sooner—because, for example, you were hoping to use something for an upcoming game session—just message me and I'll check your backer status and send them to you. But if you don't mind waiting just a little bit longer, that will be easier for me.
I hope everyone is having a lovely day so far. Is anyone playing ttrpgs this week? If so, let me know in the comments. I'm always curious to hear what games people are playing.

The campaign is finished! We ended with 720 backers and just shy of $31,000. Thank you all so much for your support during this campaign. My heart is very full right now.
We'll be sending out the Volume 1 PDFs in the next day or two, so be on the lookout for that. I will be posting regular updates as we continue the process of getting the book to print. (In fact, I may ask for your help picking out the color of the bookmark.)
